Need carpeting in the hallways as above is loud

Was great for a long time. Things change. Condition is fading. Apartment getting "tired" for the money that is charged. Can get new for same price

Taymil doesn't routine clean common areas or laundry room(s)

Neighborhood great. Other tenants do not think of others and are noisy and inconsiderate. Common areas and laundry areas are not being cleaned on a regular basis AT ALL. Too much pet hair tracking in to those apartments where tenants do not own a pet. Not fair. Price gouging for apartments which have not had anything done to them.
