We do not allow Pitbulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, American Bulldogs, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Cane Carso, Bull Terrier, American Bully, Argentine Dogo or Rottweilers. Any mix of these restricted breeds is also prohibited. We may require a written verification from a vet stating its breed and weight at full growth. We also may require a picture of the dog at move in or with the application. Only 2 pets per apartment will be allowed.

Mainentance/fix requests are completely ignored. Have had requests submitted for months with no replies nor fixes.

Poor management has run these properties into the ground…if any repair is needed you will have to call nonstop to get someone to help

The apartment is nice, but to get things fixed is like pulling teeth. It seems the managers want to help you but they have no tracking system to manage requests. So when you call unless it gets fixed that day they forget about it. I called every 3 days for a month to get something fixed, and I do not think the managers were trying to avoid fixing the issue they just do not have a tracking system!

The units are nice and as long as you do not require maintenance there is no issues. However management is very unorganized and getting something fixed typically requires 5-10 phone calls before something happens. Management seems to want to get things fixed but they have no system to manage maintenance requests so if they do not get someone on it immediately they forget about it until you call again.

Management company and employees unresponsive to maintenance requests and do not follow through on commitments to bring apartment up to living conditions. No one returns phone calls. No one returns emails. No one takes responsibility. They will respond when trying to get you to sign a lease. Otherwise....crickets. I would recommend not having them as a management company.

I have been trying to get my shower fixed for 5 months. They do not respond! My neighbors are having similar issues. As long as you need no maintenance support of any kind they are great to rent from.
