My Experience

I have lived here for 1 year and a half, and I think the complex is good for what we pay since most of other places with more amenities are much more expensive. I just wish there were more areas for kids to play cause there is none, a playground and some grills would be awesome. Location is perfect for me since is 2 minutes away from my office. The appliances are not very modern but they work. Having some cover in the parking to cover cars from snow would be good as well. Overall I rate this 8/10

Great Place to live and good for childrens

I am living at Abott Landing and i had a great experience livving here. It is a good place for children to play and school bustop is very close. Overall, i had a great experince.

Great location! Plenty of greenery!

By and all it's a great property. There's plenty of space to walk and it's close to many conveniences. It's surrounded by greenery that freshens up air. Snow clearance is great during winters, and it gets quiet at dusk.
