Rent hike
Apartment was pretty ok. Decent unit, decent staff. Not a "bad" place to live, but my rent is getting hiked up by 15%-20% (the latter is over $500 increase) and no renovations have been made to justify the cost. Aside from the price hike, the units are very bare-bones. No lighting fixtures, very plain interior. The proximity to the interstate also means having your windows open is annoying, as you're blasted with highway sounds. Absolutely not worth the cost at this point.
Great staff, well run, but pricey
The complex is well run and the staff is great. The rents are definitely high and are creeping up even higher.
Current Rent Hikes
Maintenance is very slow in repairing the no ending issue of lack of hot water. Rent hike are meeting current market value. Some residents 400 to 600 dollar a month increase at one time on their lease per month. Residents that have been there for years. Nonsmoking property however not enforced its gross some tenants smoke cigarettes some smoke pot. If you Rent a garage spot you forfeit your outside spot. How ridiculous yoy pay all utilities including water. Lack of proper hot water. Screaming kids at pool all day no adult swim time.
