Living at Ashford Place Apartments
I have lived here for over 7 years. I like the location. I am not too happy with maintenance, service, the florescent kitchen lights have never worked. Every maintenance crew that comes in, says it is fixed, and then closes out the work order. It has never been fixed. It is a circuit problem and has never worked, in over 7 years. It randomly works, very randomly. Perhaps when i move out, it will finally be addressed. In addition, the heat does not work either, and it has been quite cold outside lately. The building is built very bad and the tenants below me always slam their door shut and the entire building shakes. There has been no pest service control in at least a year. It is loud and the sound control is poor. I am very happy that this management team has finally addressed the front gate, as it has never worked for more than 30 days straight since I have lived here over 7 years. I keep getting mail delivered to my apartment that does not belong to me, I will be bringing the packages to the office once I have a day off.
