Been livjng here for 5 or so years. When we firat moved in the property was well maintained, quiet, and nice. Since then new owners have taken over (Cypress Property Management), and thjngs have gone downhill. Rents were increased significantly, buildings have green algae all over them, and the grounds are littered with trash blowing in from the Rouse’s Market directly next door. If you are in a unit on the Rouse’s side of the property expect to be awakened every morning at 5 AM with garbage trucks emptying dumpsters and 18 wheelers unloading at the loading dock. Management has a “do not care” attitude and complaints go unanswered.
