Pets are known to better your physical health and mental well-being. They also ensure a more active social life and lower stress at work. With all these benefits, we understand why you would want to have a lovable companion to greet you upon your return every evening. At Anchorage Apartments, we believe that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. We welcome cats and dogs under 25 lbs. with a $200.00 pet fee. Pets weighing 25 to 75 lbs. will require a $300.00 pet fee. The combined weight of two pets shall not exceed 125 lbs.If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call during our normal business hours to ask about our pet policies and our pet-friendly amenities. Breed Restrictions Apply. We Welcome Pets! One-time non-refundable pet fee of $250. We welcome cats and dogs under 75 lbs and the 2 pets together may not exceed 125 lbs.  The combined weight of two pets shall not exceed 125 lbs.

We love our home at the Anchorage, so much so, that we’ve renewed our lease again. Slidell has been such a breath of fresh air! I have only good things to say about our two years here so far. The Anchorage property is always maintained down to a science, clean areas, lawns and pools -you can tell they take pride in it. VERY quick, proficient response from the office each time we have needed something. Susan and Sherri are nothing short of dynamic. The Anchorage is a crisp,cozy, gorgeous, oasis to me and I’m so glad to be here! Hands down one of the best places I’ve lived. Especially looking at these water views and sunsets!
