At Anchorage Apartments, we believe that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. We welcome cats and dogs under 25 lbs. with a $200.00 pet fee. Pets weighing 25 to 75 lbs. will require a $300.00 pet fee. The combined weight of two pets shall not exceed 125 lbs.If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call during our normal business hours to ask about our pet policies and our pet-friendly amenities. Breed Restrictions Apply. We Welcome Pets! One-time non-refundable pet fee of $250. We welcome cats and dogs under 75 lbs and the 2 pets together may not exceed 125 lbs.  The combined weight of two pets shall not exceed 125 lbs.
