Quiet, Simple, and reasonably priced

I have lived here for 5 years. I have never had any issues with other residents or management staff. Previous owner took good care of the complexes and his residents. Very quiet complex with a good amount of long time residents. Area surrounding is nice enough. Apartments could definitely use cosmetic upgrades but functionally adequate for the cost.
