The Julia

i have been living at the Julie for at least 3 years. It is one of the best locations in the CBD because of its proximity to I10, the restaurants, etc. in the Central Biz District and it is in walking distance to the French Quarter. The staff is very hospitable and welcoming.

Nice Building in a Good Location in Warehouse District

Great location walking distance to lower garden district and French Quarter. Garage isn't the most secure but it is better than parking on the street. Windows on 5th floor do not open. Pool area is nice and there is a nice courtyard as well as a pretty good gym. The apartments are nice and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall it has been a good experience.
