I love everything about the apartment, best view ,amazing people just winderful place in general

Overall, the main noise issue comes from the building structure rather than excessive behavior from neighbors. Sound insulation between floors is limited, and I can clearly hear upstairs footsteps when the neighbor walks heavily, especially in the early morning (around 6–7 a.m.) and late at night (around 12–1 a.m.). This may be something light sleepers should consider, particularly if they are sensitive to impact noise.
