PET POLICY Pets are only permitted in residences located on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors. The dog park is on the 5th floor. Limit of 2 pets per residence. Only dogs and cats permitted. Fees: One pet: $200 fee + $10/month Two pet: $350 fee + $15/month  Requirements: Current veterinary Records required. All pets must be spayed or neutered. All pets must be current on flea & tick preventative medication. All pets must be equal or less than 35 lbs.
