Ive lived here for a frw monrhs now, and the place ia great! Any small maintenance problems have been fixed very fast. I haven’t had any big problems since living here. You can hear people out on the street but I think that depends on what unit you’re in. I can hear them in my living room, but can’t hear anything in the bedroom so it’s still quiet to sleep. Theres a lot to do around the area! Its close to bourbon so you do havw somw odd balls walking around, but not too close to the apartment, and never inside! Mail is closely monitored so you don’t have to worry about packages going missing. I think it’s a great value for the price, too.

I love my apartment. The building is nice. Parking is very inconvientent and the parking garage elevator always broken. I think rent should be less expensive.

I have lived here for almost a year. The outside noise is minimal. The onsite maintenance and management staff are very cordial and competent. They're always trying to keep the place clean. The pool needs to have the ladder repaired and some of the floor boards repaired!

Hear & see the sites of Bourbon, from the roof! Very nice from a block off???? All new matchy stainless appliances + a mod yet pulp feel too make it All worth while??
