I don’t think that you should have to pay to park where you live at. Also, I feel that the complex could use a touch up on paint inside and outside.

The apartments are nice and clean, parking is great, and they respond to maintenance requests promptly. However, the appliances are pretty dated and the laundry room constantly has broken washers or dryers. Neither of which are maintenance or staffs faults just dated equipment. Aside from that It's a pretty nice place to live.
