The staff are very kind and professional, the grounds are maintained well, and the extras like the breakfast bags and Thanksgiving dinner are unexpected pluses. The lease and lease renewal processes were so easy and staff was super helpful every step of the way. Again, I love it here!

Staff is incredibly nice & helpful from the office workers to maintenance. If you have any issue they are on it & will quickly remedy it including fixing a dead battery in a fire alarm at 11 pm at night. Location is good; 5 minutes from the interstate, 15 from downtown. Some noise from neighbors but apartment staff is good about shutting that down. Overall not Encore is genuinely not a bad place to live & I would recommend the facility.

Kate and Alexis are awesome leasing managers. They go over and beyond on getting requests and issues taken care of for you. Maintenance guys are great as well. Property is always well maintained. Extra bonus is you get to hear some great band music marching down the street from the junior high that’s across from apts. ??
