Decent living quarters though old
It's decent for the price for sure. Not too loud. Has a bunch of quirks but it's an old building. Good luck getting maintenence repairs on time though.
Quaint older apartments
I really enjoy living here. The apartment has quirks for sure, but that's to be expected in older apartments. The pros definitely outweigh the cons especially for the price. It's generally quiet and staff is quick to do maintenance when needed. Wood floors and big windows Is a plus

For the price, this is definitely a nice place to live. It has its quirks for sure. It can be noisy since it's across from the UL band practice field but that's really the most noise I deal with. Problems with AC keeping up in the summer.
Affordable and Consistent
For the most part things are located well, amenities are decent, maintenance staff are reliable.
