Pretty Good

Great location across from park in downtown. Maintenance issues are not frequent, but when they do occur, maintenance may take over a week to resolve. Staff has always been friendly and helpful with few exceptions. Very pet friendly!

Great Price and Location

Apartment is recently updated with a view of the park. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. Unit has been recently updated with very nice faux wood flooring and fresh paint. Probably the most bang for your buck in downtown Hammond. Best part: the fireplace!
