The experience is good. The surrounding is good for walk. Everything seems to be working awesome. The windows dont have protection from outside so its not safe to open windows.

Reasonable price for convenient location

Saint Regis is a fine first starter apartment. However, if the rent is going to keep increasing there need to be some major renovations to the apartments, better maintenance, and management.

I have lived here for 3 years. For the price, it's a good apartment. However, the office staff is never around, nor do they answer phone calls or emails. I have done maintenance on my apartment that should have been completed by the staff.

Been living here for nearly two years. The close location to school is good, also the apartment size is very nice, but that is about all that's good about this apartment. Trash is always piling up because the containers are not taken away often enough. All appliances are very old and/or rusty. Maintenance requests are being ignored if not presented in person. Office hours online are not up to date. No reply to emails of any kind. People will close the door in front of you at the office to avoid confrontation. These apartments could be turned into really nice apartments if renovated and taken care of properly.
