I have lived here about two years and for the most part have enjoyed it. There have been some problems with inattentive parents and their unruly children but that has been resolved. Overall one of the nicest apartments in Eunice.

Increase rates are not worth it. Not to mention alot of your tennants are college students that cant afford the increases
