Great Staff, management, maintenance crew and location! I wish they had more amenities for the gym area, a basketball court, Summer activities for the kids, etc.

There are several instances but as of late I was forced to take my screen down around my balcony, but they allow others to keep them up because I assume they have pets. Also, they are now allowing neighbors to put up ring cameras directly across from your apartment which violates your privacy. This apartment complex is going down since new management took over,

I have been here for 5 years and the location is perfect and maintenance is managed very well. Although, I do think it is a little pricey, everything else about the complex is great.

I've lived here for over 6 years. I've seen bad management in the past. But the current office staff and maintenance staff are amazing. They make living here great!
