Could Improve
Maintenance is good when they are available, they are overworked for sure. But they do a great job. It is peaceful where I stay, but I don't get my money's worth staying here.

Great place to live
We live @ boardwalk and now call Arden Park apartment for 8 yrs, i Love it there, any repairs needed it was done that day or the next, why i Left? I was able to buy a house... Thank you for all y'all done

Its an okay place
Lived here for 2 years. Its not a bad place even though they overcharge for rent. It is very quiet and peaceful community.
