Villa Chateau Apartments II, LLC

I have been here since November 2023 and I planned on not leaving no time soon. Ms. Victoria is an amazing landlord. She is very welcoming and easy to contact if you have any concerns. It is also quiet and drama free, which for me is a massive plus. The only cons is that our dumpsters are in the back of the complex, which is understandable due to the complex layout, but can be a hassle for people like me that live all the way in the front on hot summer or cold winter days. In addition, the complex is located by two of the train tracks that get traffic daily and you will hear at least one or both every two hours. But other than that, amazing complex, amazing location, and amazing landlord.

The landlord is very understanding, if your rent is late. Make sure you do have a plan to pay if it off though. Good location, good vicinity of a lot of business.

This is my first apartment, and so far it has been stress free and amazing. The landlord is nice and welcoming. She is there mostly everyday and I don't feel like a hinderance with my slight issues. Handyman is also nice as well. I plan to live here long-term with the amazing customer service.

Its quiet and i enjoy the privacy, and the price that yiu oat for rent you cant beat what you get out of it

Nice but should have assigned parking spaces. Some residents with multiple cars take up all the ones in front causing other residents to park in visitor parking
