Pets

There are way too many loose cats , that scratch up our cars and trucks . There are way too many dogs in some households !!! Some households have as many as 4 or 5 LARGE dogs for our size yards here !!!!! And some appear to be aggressive !! I saw one lunge at a child !!!

Best Value in Bossier

I have lived here for four years, and it is a quiet and safe neighborhood. The covered porch and fenced yard expand the living space and no yard work is a value as well. The Manager and Assistant in the office are so kind and they have done so much to improve our little community. You can tell they truly care about the tenants.
