Not what I expected...
After living in the Terraces for the past 2 years, I can say that it has not been the greatest experience. The mold in the hallways, the trash odor, the gnats, elevators breaking, etc. are not amenities of a "luxury" apartment complex.

Elevators are issue
Great location but the amenities available are disappointing. No pool, no fitness center. Elevators break down a lot. Noise outside (blowers!) is an issue.
