Been here 5 years now. I love everything about being here except in the summer. I live behind the office between the play structure and the pool. The kids running around all day and half the night drive my dog crazy. I am much happier when school starts.

Maintenance issues are never addressed the first time, or even the 5th or 6th request.

I have requested maintenance if a issue 6 different times and still have not had the issue resolved. For what they charge here, this is unacceptable.

We absolutely love it here, everyone is great, the staff, maintenance, to the residents, there’s never any issues. Pool is nice and they always open it early. If any problems with maintenance it’s fixed quick.
