Review

The location is fine along with parking, not to many issues there. The amenities are good, but it doesn’t help when you can barley use them. Out of the 2 years going on 3 now renting, we’ve used the pool once. Never used the gym because we don’t know how to get in. And the club house is always closed so it’s not beneficial to anyone. The playground could be updated with the amount of room that is there. Jacob is wonderful in getting everything done in a timely manner. Office staff is great other than not being very responsive to calls and e-mails left by tenants. The noise, is terrible. Outside it’s nice and quite but inside at a 2nd floor apartment, the people above us are TERRIBLE! For the cost we pay, it was nice to see some updating but it doesn’t help when you see the small things. You can tell the labor was cheap because the workers did not care. The appliances are nice but for the price we pay yearly I would expect more of an update with better labor vs my child finding screws everywhere. Truly we pay this price because of the location. That’s all. Nothing else is really worth it. The stairwells are terrible looking. And for what we pay and not be able to use the club house I think is crazy I understand Covid but cleaning isn’t a big deal. Also renters shouldn’t have to pay to rent the clubhouse either. Also again with the playground, I feel like for the cost we pay the apartments could afford more for the kids. Maybe put bigger playgrounds between the buildings to give the kids more to play on vs a tiny old run down set up or just a wide open field. Also a better AC unit as the master bedroom don’t not get cool what so ever! Flooring is cheap, cabinets are cheap wood, siding is cheap. A lot more could have been updated with spending $10,000+ a year per unit and even more for bottom floor units.
