I have only lived here a year and would NOT be moving except I am moving to be closer to family in TN. If I should return to Lexington, this is THE place I would want to be. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. They always have answers quickly and provide solutions that work. I cannot say enough about the Maintenance Department..........respond so quickly, professional behavior, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. All services are delivered with a pleasant attitude and obvious concern for the resident's well-being and satisfaction. Both Noah and Allison are a delight - can't tell you how many times I have forgotten and called before the office opens and they call me back just because they saw my missed call. Top-notch location and team!!
