Not the best, but fine

Overall it’s an okay apartment. The events and Airbnb people are loud and annoying, but it’s okay for the price

more than I had hoped

Initially I rented a unit, later I bought on the condo floor I liked the place so much. The support staff couldn't be more helpful. Relationships matter!

Management never responds.

I've put in maintenance requests over and over again and nothing gets done.

Not all bad, but not worth the money

While the people who live here are friendly, the amenities are not worth the money. The parking lot is tight and horrible. And something leaks that stains your windows. The building host so many events so it gets noisy and some of those people are rude and inconsiderate to those that live in this building
