No onsite social actives or community engagement. Apartments are not well insulated as you can hear everything especially if there is a family eith kids live above you. The 2 maintenance guys are outstanding

I absolutely love living at SpringHouse! The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The amenities are top of the line and they are very pet-friendly! I love that I have the option to have three pets if I want. The resident events are fun and I love spending my summer at the saltwater pool.
