Underhill Associates did a phenomenal job with this property. I lived at the property for 6 months and loved every second! The location is very convenient to many of the great downtown amenities. For medical workers this property is perfect, it is just a short walk to UofL Heath, Norton, Jewish Hospital, and the UofL Health Science Campus. I would highly recommend checking these apartments out. Just a FYI, the pricing is all inclusive of utilities and internet! Schedule a tour today!
