I’ve been living in the Lofts for a little over a month, and the staff and maintenance is absolutely exemplary. The building is so unique and original. Parking is good. Everything is pretty stellar. The only minor annoyance is the noise of the neighbors above me, and that comes with the territory of an older building with lesser insulation between floors. I sleep with earbuds in most nights. Other than that though, the place has been an absolute dream.

We moved across the country and Jasmine and the entire team have been super easy to work with and we absolutely love this place. The grounds are always kept looking nice (love the holiday decor) and we love how eccentric our space is, Underhill did an incredible job with this renovation (we feel like we're in a NYC loft). We highly recommend.

Very pricey for how much noise you get from neighbors and just normal traffic in the halls. BUT the pool/courtyard area is very nice and the apartments themselves are really cool. I wish the dishwasher snd washer/dryer were newer though
