The leasing office will just tell you, that you are a liar if you make a complaint. The common response is "That is not true, that would never happen" Complaints are disregarded. Being forced to sign 6-month lease for no reason ( after 4 years living here) at what was told a 12-month term amount, then at the end of 6 months upping the rental agreement another $20, which is deceptive and illegal. They offered new appliances over a year ago for $25 a month more ..still waiting while watching everyone around you get them. being told it's no longer available. Favoritism, unprofessionalism, and disregard are the best ways I can describe living here. The weight room is equipment from 30 years ago. Please for the love of God upgrade the equipment. The pool however is fantastic. The dog park is nice. I am still here simply because of the outrageous housing rates, plan on leaving asap.

Great place to call home. Facilities, maintaince, office staff is as good of place and people as you could ever hope & dream for. If prices don’t increase, I will be here as long as I possibly can. I definitely recommend this property!
