I have been with MAA for several years-both MAA Village and now MAA Lakepointe. I recommend both places. The office and maintenance staff are easy to work with and eager to help residents. Lakepointe is quiet and I feel safe walking my dog. The apartments are comfy and well taken care of.

This cant be considered luxury apartments when the appliances are out of date, none of the lightbulbs worked when we moved in, etc. the steps are literally crumbling.
