The parking is tough sometimes, especially friday and saturday nights. The gym is good but missing a few key components. Maintenance is good and quick. Front staff is nice and understanding. Location is good as well.

We have loved our stay in Haverford but the sheer incompetance of their maintenance team is infuriating. We have had a maintenance ticket for roof repair for months because water has been leaking through out ceiling into our bedroom. Maintenance knows about the issue, has visited several times, spotted the leak, and still nothing has been done. Another rainy day and water dripping through our ceiling, no end in sight. Talks with other residents will give you similar stories.
