Everything good except the neighbor cant control her dog and its messing with my daughter rest

Something needs to be done about pest control

There's a few things that needs taking care of

The overall property is ok. I’ve been here for about 6 months and some things while being worked on have been a problem for a while for example, we have leaky doors and windows, the laundry room usually has 1-2 washers or dryers out at a time out of 5 total, and the floors and walls are fairly thin, if you have upstairs neighbours, you’ll know they’re there. Despite these issues, the staff is great. Maintenance is friendly and timely with day to day repairs, larger ones do take longer as they need parts or vendors to come. The manager is doing their best to renovate and make the property better bit by bit.

I've lived here for 3 years and have had 6 property managers. My rent is over a $1000 a month and my air unit has been out for 2 months now and this has been an ongoing issue every year with this year being the longest we've been without one AC. They brought a floor air unit which is helpful but the back of the apartment is extremely hot and my electric bill has shot up another $100 and i would just love to have my AC fixed so im not paying a high electric bill and my family can enjoy the amenities promised upon signing the lease agreement. There has been so many maintenance people come and go and are not to knowledgeable about what their doing. I've had water issues twice in my apartment where water has went everywhere. Everything seems to fall apart very quickly. Alot things are patch up over and over. The playground is junk and gets tore up from kids who don't live on property. The only time you'll get your filter changed is when you get it yourself at the office. Parking is ok and location is great. There's no privacy in your apartment what so ever if you can literally hear your neighbor cough or talk in a low voice. Being a gated community is a lie because some apartments are missing doors and others are broken due to people not being able to get in. On-site laundry probably still has 1 washer and 1 dryer that only works. So when you move her you really get the bang for your bucks here.

Its pretty good here, love the manager. The new maintenance staff is really good.
