The parking needs improved big time... would suggest assigned spots since a lot of times us paying residents can't park by our apartment due to multiple vehicles in one household and visitors. But it's in a great location and maintenance is normally on top of fixing problems. Overall it's a great community

Yes I used to live here in 2016 till 2018 moved when rent was going up . I had my reasons. Moved away from here 6 years from 2018 to 2024 just recently moved back here this year of 2024 very nice place staff is very good maintenance is very good highly recommended here and I plan to stay here for a very long time with my family hopefully rent does not go anywhere or go up hopefully stays the same.. but highly recommend this place I also have a balcony now did not have that and the people around here are very nice and very kind very close to schools very close to everything even my job is not that far.
