Rent way to outrageously high....on one bedrooms especially

I was blessed in the beginning. Thank you, Lord & Legacy. Only thing's wrong in the beginning was the constant change of Management (Thankful same two ladies for a couple of years now, Ashley & Jackie) & Maintainence people, still an issue on change over. Care of the property in the winter has never been good. Car damaged my first winter here, never was taken care of do to constant change in management. Have fallen do to no salt put down, still an issue. Parking areas take forever to be cleaned, still an issue. I've known several people who have lived here over the years. Grounds are kept nice. The new swimming cookout area very nice. Not your all's fault, but ridiculous what people leave in or around the trash compactor. Duh, there's cameras. They should be fined if you can identify them. Only other thing is, I really want to stay here, but the RENT is OUTRAGEOUS for the ONE BEDROOMS, especially the ones where the living room, dining room and kitchen are all one room. $30 a year increase is Outrageous and I know people and Legacy isn't hurting economically. Yes, there are other places in the area with same set up and at $100 cheaper. Can't even afford to have a pet for companionship. Really sad for those who live alone whether elder or young. I would think to for 2021 You could wave the RENT increase do to the COV19 virus. Thank you, blessings, be well. I pray I can Stay here.
