Our lease is coming up and we will not renew. The amount of issues in this duplex is high considering these are brand new homes. The electrical standards have not been followed and are a fire risk for anyone living here

First, the rental staff are great. Michelle is always attentive and helpful and her friendly, professional and courteous attitude make it a joy to work with her. Maintenance staff is always responsive and friendly--even when they have to arrange outside contractors. We had a few ongoing issues with the HVAC system, but everyone was tireless in getting them fixed. The initial impression of this complex is wonderful, but there are a few fit and finish issues with the apartments, but nothing to justify a complaint--just very minor details. There are limited amenities at this location. There is a very small swimming pool being installed and there is a small exercise room in the office building. But, there is no clubhouse or other activities like tennis courts or basketball courts. This facility is very pet friendly and many tenants have dogs. Tenants are all friendly. This place is located minutes from shopping, Fort Knox, and not too far from I-65, so Louisville is about 45 minutes away. Yet, it still has a feel of seclusion and serenity.
