I have lived here since 2011. I will admit some years have been better than others.Based on property managers. However I will say that right now, life is good here. We are close to just about anywhere.You want to go in the greater Cncinnati area, plus we are secluded enough that unless you know, we're here, you don't know we're here Our Maintenance staff is #1. Mr. Rick and Mr. Reggie take good of us, usually answering out Maintenance requests within 1 day. Our property managers, Donovan and Hailey respond to our questions and concerns, and make sure we have what we need to be happy. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Our units are upgraded regularly and are very nice. Parking can be tricky, but the management does try to keep rules in place to minimize confusion. Overall, to choose life in Grandview Summit is a pretty good idea.

I've been living here for 6 years. My apartment is wonderful. It's very spacious and nicely laid out. The other residents in my building are pleasant and considerate. I would definitely recommend this others.

Grandview Summits apartments has been great so far! Apartments are up to date and the staff is great.
