I have lived in Grandview Summit since 2011. For the most part, it has been a very positive experience. We have an excellent maintenance team, and our leasing agents try very hard to make us happy residents. Now we cannot beat the location as we are close to.Major expressways, and within a few minutes, we can be just about anywhere in the greater Cincinnati area. We are located close to a well esteemed hospital, and medical care is within a few minutes away, Our grounds here are beautiful and well taken care of. There are opportunities to engage with the community with social activities planned on a regular basis. As with most rental communities, there is a certain degree of noise, but anything considered a nuisance is dealt with promptly. The units are well maintained, and any maintenance issues are answered within a short period of time. Our maintenance team does an excellent job of seeing that everything runs smoothly and safely. Parking can be a challenge sometimes, so that is something that is an ongoing issue, but the property managers try to make room as best as they can. I would highly recommend Grandview Summit as a safe place for families to enjoy.
