Roebling Row Apartments Nice Convenient Location

We have live at Roebling Row for almost 2 years and enjoy the location. A short walk to downtown Cincinnati to the Stadiums and walk right out your door to great restaurants in Covington. Exercise Room and a great mezzanine with TV's , Grills with Fans.

Honest Ratings from a 3-Year Tenant

Rent here goes up regardless of what's happening in the area. Construction right outside for months on end? Your new lease just went up $150 per month. Bridges closed, making the location less than ideal? Let's increase rent... (??? OK this one I have a HUGE problem with). Your location is NOT even close to as valuable as it was a year or two ago. At some point, enough has to be enough, right? Raise rent for fewer amenities? Raise rent when the location value is zero because of Covid and a closed Roebling bridge??? It's almost comical. We originally decided to rent here based off word of mouth of someone who lived here prior.. We've been here 3+ years, and have recommended the complex to multiple friends, two of whom have rented here, but the leasing office doesn't care to factor that in. TLDR: There are better options at similar locations
