Honest Ratings from a 3-Year Tenant

Rent here goes up regardless of what's happening in the area. Construction right outside for months on end? Your new lease just went up $150 per month. Bridges closed, making the location less than ideal? Let's increase rent... (??? OK this one I have a HUGE problem with). Your location is NOT even close to as valuable as it was a year or two ago. At some point, enough has to be enough, right? Raise rent for fewer amenities? Raise rent when the location value is zero because of Covid and a closed Roebling bridge??? It's almost comical. We originally decided to rent here based off word of mouth of someone who lived here prior.. We've been here 3+ years, and have recommended the complex to multiple friends, two of whom have rented here, but the leasing office doesn't care to factor that in. TLDR: There are better options at similar locations

Roebling Row

We have lived here for a couple months and love everything about Roebling Row! Jessica the leasing manager went above and beyond making our transition painless. As for maintenance Candido is always willing to help and available when you need him. They make a great team and we are very happy with our decision to move somewhere with such nice people, and beautiful views!
