I was a named leaseholder at Norse Landing Apartments in Highland Heights under a lease running through July 2026. In January 2026, I contacted management in writing to inform them I was planning to move out and requested a copy of my lease along with information about the options available for someone to take over my room. When I logged into the resident portal, my lease was not available. I was ignored by the landlord for almost two weeks. Shortly after I sent that communication and before the landlord responded, the locks were changed and I was not provided a key. I was denied access to the unit despite still being listed as a tenant and my personal belongings were still inside the apartment At no point did the landlord request or receive permission to enter my private bedroom, and no notice was provided. Nevertheless, my bedroom was unlocked and entered without written notice to me. During this period, third parties were allowed access to my bedroom and personal belongings while I was not present. I documented these concerns in writing multiple times. The issues regarding denial of access, lock changes without providing a key, and entry without written notice were not resolved. Being denied access to your residence while still named on a lease particularly when your belongings remain inside is extremely serious. Prospective tenants should carefully consider how access, communication, and notice procedures are handled before signing a lease here. I hope others have had better experiences at different BRG properties, but my experience at the Norse Landing location near Northern Kentucky University was deeply concerning.

I've lived here for years and absolutely love it. The staff are excellent and the site is very clean and I've had no issues with noise. Everything is very well maintained, and I can tell that there is a lot of effort put in to making this a great place to live
