The new property management group is deceptive and predatory. Set a reminder on your phone when you plan on vacating the property because while they remind you to renew your lease and make the lease renewal process easy, they will not give you any guidance or communication on not renewing your lease and you will have to find the resources to do so on you own. They do this so they can charge you for not providing adequate notice. They also changed their communication and removed the direction on how to not renew your lease. Also, good luck reaching anyone once you live there.

I had a decent experience while living in the villages of Burlington but moving out has been tricky. The maintenance man at he complex is very knowledgeable and a master of his craft. The lady in the front office on the other hand, isn’t the nicest of ladies and honestly lacks integrity. She’s never in her office unless she has an Appointment set with potential renters and if you leave her a voicemail with the numbers provided by front the front office and the website, at least for me she never calls you back. The rent cafe app gives you an option of leaving them an email but I found out yesterday the email link is missing the last character so your email never gets sent to her. So calling her over multitude of times and leaving voicemails to figure out my notice to vacate went horribly. Until I made an appointment as if I was a potential renter to get a face to face and to find out I now have to pay an extra month after completing my lease with an extra 500 mtm charge because I never gave her notice and she “can’t budge on that”. With an extra 154 charge for “residential rent” fee that is an admin fee. Mind you, I’ve called and left voicemails over the past two months. So be very catious of the woman and add the character “o” to the email link on the website when giving your notice to save you $2700. And if you need to talk to her make an appointment as if your a new potential renter because she can’t be bothered to return a phone call. Your welcome and enjoy your stay at the village of Burlington
