The Emerson is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $15 per pet per month. There is also a one-time pet fee of $200 for your first pet and $100 fee for your second pet. We do not have weight restrictions or breed restrictions, but ask that you reach out to the leasing office with additional questions about your pets. Lessor reserves the right to reject certain breeds of pets.

We have not moved into the apartment yet so i dont have very much to go off of yet but they seem very nice and attentive so far.

This was my first apartment experience and I hope future experiences can live up to it. The only drawbacks are the neighbors that are always smoking weed (which gives me migraines) and the garage band behind the building that plays super loud really late at night

This apartment is clean and comfortable to live in, and I am very satisfied with it. I hope that the high standard of cleanliness will continue to be maintained in the future. However, I do feel that the etiquette regarding the trash disposal area is occasionally poor. Additionally, when I used the gym early one morning, I noticed that it was being utilized by someone who did not appear to be a resident of the apartment complex. It is also relatively easy to gain entry through the main gate if one simply waits for an opportune moment. I would recommend that security measures be strengthened. Recently, loud voices have been audible from the adjacent unit late at night. While I can tolerate this to a certain extent, I would appreciate it if residents would be more considerate of the time of day. This is also a matter of manners, not rules. I hope that the conduct and manners of each individual resident will improve.
