One-time pet fees $200
Monthly pet rent $15

Pet limit 2 allowed. Maximum of 2 pets per-residence. The Emerson is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $15 per pet per month. There is also a one-time pet fee of $200 for your first pet and $100 fee for your second pet. We do not have weight restrictions or breed restrictions, but ask that you reach out to the leasing office with additional questions about your pets. We are pleased to welcome two approved pets per home. A pet profile (with PetScreening) and agreement must be completed for each pet. This process will include a Digital Pet Passport for each of the members of your pet family! Your groomers, walkers, and pet-friendly vacation spots will all appreciate you being able to share your pet records in an instant with them. Please note any applicable pet fees or deposits must be paid in full prior to the addition of any pet to your home.

Staff is great and I have not had any issues with sound in my apartment or anything, pretty chill

In my opinion the apartment grounds are not up to par due to the other residents of the apartments throwing dog/or whatever poop on the stairs and walkways of the buildings, trash pickup should happen more often due to others from other areas of the neighborhood coming and throwing their garbage into the dumpster. The trash on the outside of the dumpster area is not a pleasing quality of the apartment complex. Individuals that live in this area should be proud of taking care of where they live and help keep it clean. The Maintenance is not up to par the staff want you to place your air on 78, but in mid-summer extreme heat your temp in your apartment is still 90 something is wrong with the AC. Can you not have someone at least look at the unit and not just the filter and thermostat. Staff in the office seem like they do not want to do anything. If they do, they act as if they are put off by it, but when they give you something that they try to charge you for it is broken. So, when it is turned in do try to charge extra for it because it was broken in the first place.

We have not moved into the apartment yet so i dont have very much to go off of yet but they seem very nice and attentive so far.
