Our spacious rental homes range from 1,092 to 2,300 SQ FT, providing you with plenty of room to best suit your lifestyle. Our pet-friendly rental homes are equipped with modern amenities like vaulted ceilings, granite countertops, large closets, and more. APPLICATION CHARGES AND FEES: • $40 Application Fee per adult or guarantor (if applicable) is due at the time of applying. • $100 Non-Refundable Holding Fee per apartment due at the time of applying. • Security Deposit ranges from $500 up to a full month's rent (based on credit, employment, rental history).* • The Security Deposit must be paid in full within 72 hours of application approval, or your application will be moved to the Waitlist. • Short-term leases require additional monthly up-charge and are dependent on availability. Please contact the office for pricing and availability. • Renter's Insurance is required. We love it here

My children and I have lived here for going on 5 yrs. The location is awesome. The staff are awesome. No Karen's in my cil-de-dac! They're around here somewhere, but my neighbors are awesome. The area feels safe. Within walking distance to the shuttle bus for school. Property is well kept, and maintenance is just a call away. The office staff is understanding and great people to work with!
