Looking for a new apartment or townhome? Misty Glen has 1 and 2 bedroom garden-style apartments available to rent, along with 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes. All of the townhomes have washer/dryer connections and a basement. Each home features great amenities like ample closet space for you to enjoy. Take a look at our floor plan diagrams below. APPLICATION CHARGES AND FEES:      • $50 Application Fee Per Adult (and $50 Guarantor Application Fee)      • $100 Administration Fee Per Apartment (due at the time of application)      •$300 deposit. Credit Approval Fee may be requested based on credit/employment/rental history.      • Short-term leases require additional monthly up-charge and are dependent on availability.
