Feels Like Home

I have lived here 5+ years and cannot imagine living anywhere else. The staff are friendly, responsive and care about the residents who live here. Overall good community, had requested for a new sink in bathroom because of its previous condition was passed on to me as a new recipient, in harsh condition, I had emailed and was told it will be passed on to higher management and never heard back. It’s been a year now and I don’t plan on asking again.

Value of Property

I have been living at the property for about 6.5 years and I do enjoy living there because of the location, the staff, and the fact that is not noisy. But, as much as I like the property, the rent on the property is starting to be too much. The constant going up in price every lease is a bit too much, especially when it becomes over $20 more up every time. Hopefully there will be a year that it won't go up to give residents a little break especially for those who have been there for at least one year.
