I really think this apartment complex is the absolute best value in town. I would definitely recommend this to a friend
Some Issues.
We have lived here about one and a half years. Our apartment is okay but not for the price we are paying. Yes there is laundry hook ups but for us who can't afford a washer and dryer there isn't a laundry place on site. Have to load everything in the car about go to a laundry mat. People not picking up after their dogs and for us who do we get a letter stating we'll be charged if they feel the poop in our area is ours. That's not fair at all because people walk their dogs all over. People leaving trash on ground or sides of trash can. People letting their dogs run around without a leash. The maintenance guy is on point and great with any work orders I have put in. He is very nice. The ladies in the office are great with any questions I have.

They could do better and have people in the office when needed. They really don't care about working with you on paying rent or even offer to find a cheaper or smaller place if need be. They did not even have somebody come in when the heater was checked for the winter and bein told it need to be fixed cause it was sounding like it was gonna blow up when it switched on but nothing ever happen and this is the second time it has happened. Really don't know what to think and was trying to move but unfortunately that fell through and i had to sign another lease.
Quiet Neighborhood
It's ok. Cheaper than living in KC + suburbs. Nothing fancy, just basic apt. Outside wood siding worn in places & stairs are old worn out wood. Looks rundown. Friendly staff.
