Overall, pretty great.

I've lived here for close to 6 months now, and overall it's been a great experience. Some apartments are dated and have minor issues here and there, but the maintenance is very responsive and helpful. The office staff is great too. In my 2nd floor unit, I unfortunately get quite a bit of noise from neighbors due to thin walls. The parking and surrounding area are fine; my only complaint is that from time to time there is a lot of noise out there. Overall, the value is good. Rent is somewhat pricy for what you get, but it's no more expensive than any surrounding places. I would recommend living here to others.

Great apartment

moved in back in May, maintenance is always very quick to respond & rectifies every situation. The people in the office are always very nice. Love it so far!

Great location, great neighbors

Most of the staff was great but I felt very degraded by certain staff members from the main office when I was initially signing my lease. Other than that, everything has been great.

Great option for small, simple 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartme

I've lived here about four months. My initial move-in wasn't great---several issues in the apartment, but the maintenance team was apologetic and on top of fixing the things. When I notified the property manager, she acknowledged it shouldn't have been like that and provided a discount on the following months rent. The apartment is a little older, but the property, pool, gym and public areas are clean and well maintained. I appreciate the location. I wish it had a balcony with some storage, but it works for now!
