I have lived here 16 years when I moved in it was like a oasis in the city, the property always looked pristine, and kept up, and the rent was very reasonable. Things have changed in the last several years, only new tenants are given new amenities, new carpet, new windows, and paint. Seems the long term residents who have been the stable income for the complex should get some consideration for loyalty. The traffic and noise from 75th street is sometimes almost deafening, and it's like risking your life and car just to get in and out of the parking lot, it is quite risky. A sound wall would eliminate some of the noise exposure. The gutters are never cleaned and are full of leaves and then if it rains or snow they overflow and cause damage. In a heavy rain it's like living under a waterfall. I feel we don't get benefits for the rent we pay. It used to be a great find, but is was kept in better condition. we have only had one on site manager who listened to the residents.

I've been here ~4 years. The property is clean, management is responsive, and maintenance works quickly. The amenities are minimal but the rent price was a fair trade before 2023. My rent was raised from $789 per month to $1,050 per month (+33%) with no justification - and no change to the standards of the property - just a seized opportunity by ownership to gouge residents. Management is great - Ownership not so great.
