Accepted Pets: Dogs, cats, birds, and fish are the only pets permitted on the property. Pets must be at least six (6) months old. No pet may exceed seventy-five (75) pounds when fully grown. Fees & Deposits: One Pet: $200 refundable pet deposit + $100 non-refundable pet fee Two Pets: $400 refundable pet deposit + $200 non-refundable pet fee Breed Restrictions: Pets deemed dangerous or code-restricted by the city in which the community is located are not permitted.

Over 35 Years I'm happy> glad Jeff is back. Many residents are not paying for their pets here. They don't clean up after their dogs and have 2 are more dogs.
