No longer stellar

This property used to be exceptional even though very old. But it is no longer the bargain it used to be. No more screened porches, now paying for natural gas (an attractive incentive), annual rent increase has doubled, and other issues -- these have contributed to less than an excellent rating or even very good. Good is about right.

Very Comfortable

Very convenient, quiet and comfortable. Staff has been responsive to maintenance requests and other questions; and generally helpful. The upgrade of windows and window treatments has been nice and sttractive. Additional grooming to the grounds and updsting the building lobbies are needed. The complex has much potential to match the quality look and well groomed appearance of the adjacent and surrounding residrntial properties. Overall i very much enjoy the living spsce and comfort of my apartment.
