Pet deposit is $200.00 plus a non-refundable $150.00 pet fee. Two (2) pets per apartment will be allowed with a proper deposit.

Very good townhome for the price. Great location in olathe. Neighbor hood does not seem that bad. Only complaint is how maintenance treats the townhomes. They just are not very thorough with their maintenance. Understandably these townhomes are over 40 years old. But the maintenance could be so much better if they put more effort into it.
