Lived in a 2 bedroom townhome for 8 year. Overall, my experience was excellent. Commotion from management was always timely and helpful. They care about the tenants and their experience. I would say the units could stand for a major upgrade but other than that. I would definitely recommend these to a young adult looking for something cost effective in the Olathe area
