Ok not worth the money, stuff is nice. Maintenance can not get to your apt fast enough

I really like living at Arlo, it's been four years, but I think they need to improve. Maintenance takes a long time to fix things that break. And parking is very difficult; there are no spaces; you have to park in another building.

Arlo of Olathe has a beautifully newly renovated club house state of rhe art appliances. New work out center, business office center, pool with new patio furniture. The stafff is prompt, friendly amd helpful. The maintenance staff is timely ans efficient. The neighborhood is quiet and pwt friendly. The property is also wonderfully located by 2 major highways and all the shopping and restaurants you could dream of. This is the perfect relocation property to live inbof your needing to move to Olathe, KS. My experience was top notch!!

Parking its a struggle, not enough parking spots, each spots are narrow. Its over price compared to what the actual state of the apartment.
